Day three

So I have been doing good at exercising twice a day. Today I am a little more sore. I guess that means I am working. I was bumbed yesterday because a freind step on my scale and said she was happy because she didn't remember the last time she weighted so little. This means my scale is off. Super sad about that. NEway, yesterday I walked twice: by myself and Ethan in the Am then with Jolene, Wendy, Kym, Alisha, and Jaquie in the PM. Followed by treding for 30 minutes with Connie, Jolene and Alisha. I was suprised to see that Connie did read my blog. I guess I can't be a smartalic with her via blog anymore! :-) I wanted more then anything to make some cake batter and eat it. I didn't but thought about it all day. I'm doing that for Saturday which is my suger day. I didn't drink all my water that I needed to but no sweets. I ate alot yesterday but luckly it was all good. Wish me luck for day 4.

Day two

So day two went a lot better for exercise. I walked in the morning then again in the evening. I almost called Jolene and Tana to cancel the pm walking/treding water but didn't and I am very proud of myself. Truth be told, I find myself doing better when Connie does worse. I think I'm a little competative with her over this due to I'm mad when she is running without me even though I cant run. I guess because she is self motivating herself. I was disapointed in all of our eating habits. I didn't eat any sweets but I was eating most of the day yesterday (all good stuff, but a lot of it). Connie caved in and made nobake chocolate cookies which she and Nick both had. I also found out that Nick didn't even make it past day one of no sweets. No self control I'll tell you! I think he wants to end up diabetic, I hope he has life insurance already. I don't have to worry about them reading this so no one tell them what I just said :-) I wasn't going to weigh myself until next monday but wanted to see if I had made any improvments. I put ON 2.5 lbs. I suck at this this but I'm going to keep treking along. Hopefuly, I will see some results by the end of three weeks. Luckly I have Tana and Jolene to help me along. They don't call and cancel so as long as I don't then we will be good. On to day 3. Wish me luck.

I don't know if its my lack of doing something because I am so hooked on losing weight but this has been a long 3 days without Josh. These times apart help me realise how much I need him. He is my best friend and when I don't have him to talk to about the nothing important stuff I feel like no one else will care. I don't blame them, I don't even care about it but Josh would. He's good like that, don't let his sarcastic meaness fool you, he can't get enough of me. ;-) NEway, I miss him and can't wait until he returns. Poor guy can't even read our blog up there.

Day one

Okay so it didn't go as I had planned but wasn't too bad. I realized I will have to modify my plan a little if I'm actually going to make it work. Thanks to my wonderful friend Ginger, I have a new diet to try. I should be able to make that work. Yesterday I did drink my 64+ oz of good stuff, played volleyball, ate fruits and veggies. There was no walk but Tana said I could use volleyball as my walk. Tana said she was also in. Tana, Connie and I did not eat any sweets yesterday!!!! After talking to some friends at Vball yesterday, we have committed to walking Neville hill on wednesday followed by a noc swim. It should be fun so if anyone else wants to join us come on over at 8 pm.
So here are my changes:

1) one physical activity daily
2) weights 4-5 x a week

This may take me longer then I wanted but it has to be done. So I'm off to walk for the day then I plan on spending a few hours out by the pool getting my tan on. Wish me luck.

Weight Loss Time

Okay so now is as good as anytime to try and drop a few pounds. Josh is gone for three weeks and I want to loose some extra insolation before he returns. My no fail weight loss way isn't going to work for me which is starvation due to my little man still needing me to eat. So after seeing Lee Guy on Saturday it gave me new motivation to try eating healthy. Connie said she was in and Nick jumped in to say he was in at least for part of it. So now I have some accounability. I'm probably going to need more help then my from my not so loyal co-dieter (Connie). So I did the weight in this am-Ouch! It hurt but had to be done. So my goal is to get back to 120 lbs which means I have 27.5 lbs to go. But in all fairness to me, 7 lbs is pure milk for Jaxon, yes I've tested it!! If anyone else wants to be in, you are more then welcome. So here are the goals:
1) Drink at least 64 oz of good liquid a day
2) No "bad" suger ie candy, sweets, etc. except for one day of the week.
3) Swim laps every other day and walk on other days. (some will need more exersise then me currently)
4) lift weights daily
5) Eat 7-10 fruits and veggies daily
6) Lay out by the pool 4 days a week. Tanner people look skinnier and sun makes people happier.

Okay so I may add more if someone has more info for me. So I'm going to need help with this so try and keep me in check.

Josh is leaving AGAIN!!!

My little Super Trooper is off to finish up his training. I'm super happy he will be almost done with training but feeling the blues because he will be gone for three weeks straight then home for a weekend gone another week. I guess it needs to happen so he is able to come back and start work on his own. That's a whole other story but as you can see from this picture above, he is safe wearing his bright vest. Someone at his Grants Pass office out this picture up as the desktop for the computers. I thought it was very funny. I'm glad they all like him there enough to tease him. So for those of you who are actually reading my blog, give me a ring every now and then because three weeks with no brake from my kids (whom I love dearly) is probably going to put me into the ground. Thank goodness for my loving husband who is working he's heart out so I can stay home with them. Does it sound like I'm rambling? It does to me too.

Glad to be home but missing being on vacation

Back from vacation!!! Well Ethan, Jax and I retruned home safely to Josh who missed us ALOT. He had to stay behind and move us into our new home and work so we could go on vacation. We had a ton of fun seeing my family. This was the first year that it felt like I was going to visit and not going home. Needless to say that made me sad. Ethan was such a trooper with all of the driving and helping me out with Jaxon. I should also give my parents big props for taking us along on their vacation. I have attached a few photos to view. And some need explaining.

Todd to the rescue.
On our trip home we decided to swing by Josh's brothers home in Battle Mtn. NV. It is in the middle of no where. Well, we missed the turn off for his road and had to turn around. This caused a major blow out. See for your self. We ended up crashing at their house. It was so nice of them to take us in. And Todd makes a great breakfast.

Blaisdell Family
Although we didn't spend a lot of time with my dad's family it was nice to visit the ranch. Josh Blaisdell came up with the funniest saying regarding being stupid because Scott was his dad?? We couldn't remember it so if Josh is reading this please let me know what it was you said.

Bear Lake
We spent most of our trip at bear lake with Grandma Hult. (imagin that I am yelling during this part so Grandma can hear me:-)) Along with Lisa, Bryant, Sydnee, Andrew and Keeley. It was a blast and very relaxing. I even snaped a picture of Andrew holding Jaxon. For thoughs of you who don't know him, that is not common. The biggest fight we had up there was who was going to sleep with Jerry, he makes very loud snoring noises. We had to split the time up so everyone had their equal share of lack of sleep. Other then that we swam, played cards and ate good food. The Stratford's even stopped by to say a quick hello. It was nice to see them. Andrew left half way through the week to spend time with Keeley's family. It was nice seeing them though. Don't tell Andrew I said that.
